No. ClutterScrub is one paid app with every feature in it, so there is no free tier to outgrow and no upgrade screen. If it is not for you, Google Play handles refunds (below).
Do I pay again on a new phone?
No. The purchase belongs to your Google account, so you can install ClutterScrub on any Android phone or tablet signed in to that account at no charge. Settings stay on each phone: they are kept out of cloud backup and device transfer.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Within 48 hours of purchase you can request one yourself from your order history in the Play Store.
Why not free with ads?
Ads need a network connection, and ClutterScrub has none: the app does not declare the internet permission. A one-time price keeps it that way, with no tracking to pay for it.
